Purple Coneflower

This is one of the recent, very interesting, cultivars of echinacea that is reliably hardy. Lots of flowers, traditional purple in color, the the petals curl up on the sides so that it looks very three dimensional and bicolored. It’s all chartreuse and watermelon pink – very fun.
